陈光静个人简介

 


陈光静,男,汉族,1989年生,中共党员,食品科学专业博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,国家林业和草原局竹子研究开发中心客座研究员,贵州省千层次创新人才、贵阳市级优秀人才,重庆市优秀博士学位论文获得者。201912月进入贵阳学院食品科学与工程学院工作,现为食品科学与工程教研室教师。近三年主持国家自然科学基金、贵州省科技支撑计划项目、贵州省科学技术基金项目、贵州省林业局特色林业产业研发项目及企业横向项目5项,累计发表论文100余篇,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文40余篇,其中高水平Top SCI论文20余篇。先后荣获贵阳学院优秀共产党员、贵阳学院优秀教师、第二届贵州省“最美劳动者”等荣誉称号。

主要研究领域

西南地区生态特色食品资源的开发、化学、营养、安全方面的研究,主要集中在(1)特色食品资源(方竹笋、薏仁米、刺梨、金刺梨、山桐子、羊奶果、火棘果等)的精深加工及其副产物的综合高值化利用研究;(2)食品在加工贮藏运销过程中品质(感官、营养与安全)变化的机制及其调控技术研究;(3)食品功能组分(多糖、蛋白质、油脂和多酚)的化学工程制备与改性、结构表征、生物活性评价及机制研究;(4)蛋白质、多糖、多酚等分子间相互作用与构效关系研究。
