梅祖麟，男，汉族，1994年4月生。本科与硕士毕业于中国农业大学，博士毕业于瓦赫宁根大学。现从事生态系统服务与农产品品质形成及调控机制研究。
研究以农业生态系统为基础，重点关注生物多样性及其驱动的生态系统服务（如授粉与自然害虫控制）对农产品产量与品质的影响机制，构建“环境结构—生物多样性—生态系统服务—农产品产出与品质”的研究框架。在此基础上，进一步结合食品科学领域需求，拓展至农产品采后品质变化与贮藏调控研究，探索田间生态过程与采后品质稳定之间的内在联系，为农产品质量提升与绿色生产提供跨学科理论支撑与技术路径。
目前已发表SCI论文7篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表4篇，研究成果发表于Agriculture, Ecosystems & Environment、Biological Conservation等国际期刊。
